Filthy Fifty is a nickname for a workout involving doing 50 reps of various types of movements. For instance:

50 Box jumps
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Obviously that’s a pretty hard workout no matter how fit or strong you are. Here’s some photos of the crossfit class right after I finished my Filthy Fifty.
